About Ann

With both Ann’s parents being in the industry, you could say that real estate is in her blood! Growing up, she was constantly exposed to her parents rebuilding and developing properties. What sets Ann apart from her competition is that she sees the uniqueness in areas often ignored by other agencies, and will put the same level of service and care into each property she deals with.

Outside of her work, Ann enjoys family time, walks around her farm or on the beach, fishing on her boat and reading. With a particular love for the South Arm Peninsula, Ann is deeply fond of the beautiful beaches, amazing outlooks and wonderful community spirit there. She believes it is an ideal environment to either raise your children or ease into retirement.
