Property Description
Built around 1914 as a Community Hall, this amazing building is ready for the final transformation into a home (STCA). The building is warmed by 2 wood heaters – one also used for cooking.
The Hall now sits on approx. 3 acres of land with 3 titles and lovely gardens. Each of the garden areas have been defined with dry-stone walls and the soil improved using Permaculture techniques for 10 years and are a mix of Natives, vegetable beds, and over 30 fruit trees. The property also boasts a bore for irrigating the gardens and a small water hole for stock.
Along with the Hall, the property has 2 shipping containers for storage and 2 workshop sheds as well as a small garden shed and outdoor kitchen. There is also a chicken pen, a quail house, hot-house and pasture for a couple of sheep or goats. Everything has been prepared for someone wanting to produce their own food and potentially go off-grid completely!
