Photo: Outside our Shoreline office. The VIEW Crew have a plan to open 12 offices across Tasmania (we also have a plan for mainland Australia ... but that's for down the track) over the coming year. This doesn't mean we'll automatically open an office just anywhere. So long as we have the right people and a half reasonable market, we'll be happy to open an office in that particular location. The people really are the key for us. We just want to employ nice people who are honest and enjoy what they do. VIEW opens in Launceston & DevonportOn 1 July 2009, we opened our first VIEW office at St Helens. We've always had a love of the East Coast and the opportunity to purchase the business of Halliday (formerly Rattray) First National was too good to pass up. In September 2009 our second office was opened. Our new location at 130 Collins Street is in the heart of the CBD making us the most central real estate office in Hobart; perfect for our clients, customers and friends to visit! In November, we opened on the Eastern Shore in our new office at the Shoreline Plaza Shopping Centre. We are the only estate agency that's located in a shopping centre in Southern Tasmania. Now, in June 2010, we're excited to announce we've opened for business in Launceston. Our office on Elphin Road in Newstead will service all areas across Launceston City. Our newest partner James Bird is a well known local resident and is an experienced real estate practitioner. We're just as excited to now be servicing the North West Coast from Devonport. Two local identities have teamed up to form the newest VIEW Crew in Esley Dunham and Trudi Jones. Watch this space for further VIEW office openings over the coming months. |
